Promoting Literacy. In an effort to promote literacy, Lion Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera (left) and Lion Mae Mendiola (right) of the Guahan Isan Famagu'on Lions Club (GIFLC) met with Guam International Reading Association (IRA) Board Members on August 4, 2019 to discuss literacy activities for Council Year 2019-2020.
