GCC held its fall Convocation at the Hyatt Hotel. It was a meaningful gathering with countless highlights that GCC has done to make a difference in its students and the community as a whole. Dr. Mary Okada spoke about the various accomplishments GCC has much to be proud of, along with the unavoidable budget realities. Dr. Ray Somera spoke about the importance of accreditation and mentioned various acronyms associated with its empowerment. He emphasized the S-U-N, leaving us to reflect on the following: "S" for the standards of good practice; "U" for the unwavering commitment, and "N" for the next steps we must take to complete our mission. Enjoy the snapshots below taken during the event!
