CLASS G2G Retreat

Dr. Robert Underwood, UOG President, says the Opening Address during the CLASS G2G retreat.

The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) Good to Great Retreat held at the Outrigger Hotel on September 20, 2013 was resourceful! Our agenda began with President Robert Underwood's Opening Address, followed by the faculty led introduction by Drs. Kyle Smith and Dave Gugin. Both out of division and in division curriculum brainstorming took place. A report from the brainstorming transpired, and it was apparent that much critical thinking and meaningful collaboration was in action! Kudos to all!

M.U. Lujan Open House a Success!

M.U. Lujan Elementary School had a resourceful Open House September 12, 2013, as parents were greeted with a smile and school partnership sentiment, which were felt in the cafeteria during the PTA elections, orientation, and classroom visits. Thank you Mr. Meno, Principal; Mrs. Valencia, Assistant Principal; and all the faculty and staff for a job well done! Most especially, thank you to my son's third grade teachers, Mrs. Meno (Homeroom), Ms. Gabby (Math teacher), and Mrs. Castro (Reading teacher), for providing the modifications and accommodations necessary to meet Kinny's needs. God Bless you all. Un Dangkulo Na Si Yu'os Ma'ase'!
