Congratulations to IPFC/DSO-PE/FSO-CS/VE/DCDR/BA-TMSB Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera for being awarded the Coast Guard Auxiliary Commendation Medal for Outstanding Achievement by the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard!  It is truly an honor to receive this prestigious award!
