Rosario Family Gathering with PEC Guam Delegation

There's no doubt that family is important! Today, the 2011 Guam Pacific Educational Conference (PEC) Delegation and I celebrated with our Rosario familia who arrived from Pohnpei. Our previous gatherings were held this summer, as well as after the 29th Pacific Islands Bilingual Bicultural Association (PIBBA) Conference held last year. Fortunately, a few of our Rosario family members arrived on Guam, and we made it a point to celebrate with them before they headed back to Pohnpei. BIBA FAMILIA!
