Dr. Stoicovy and I are very proud of our Reading Cohort graduating this fall. Although some of our students from Pohnpei and Chuuk could not make it to the SOE Convocation at the University of Guam, they were with us in spirit. Congratulations, Reading Cohort! We know you will continue to do great things in our community!
