Guam to host 32nd Annual International PIBBA Conference

Hafa Adai! The Pacific Islands Bilingual Bicultural Association (PIBBA) International proudly announces that the 32nd Annual International PIBBA Conference will be held July 21-24, 2013 in the beautiful island of Guam.
