Serving as a Guam Council International Reading Association Board Member is meaningful. Being able to inform our members and archive various activities are among the duties I have as the organization’s Webmaster. The Guam Council IRA helps educators and parents alike discover the wonder and worlds to be found in books. Guam IRA is a professional organization for individuals who are genuinely concerned with the development of reading programs for children and adults.
